Mondays
Got the paper out the door yesterday; I wound up submitting it since my advisor was out of town. One of the most intimidating things I’ve done online in a while, and the server kept choking on the zip file I sent. Grr. But it’s done.
Fun weekend other than that; last orienteering meet of the year (club championships, although I didn’t actually “compete”) went well. Perfect weather – 50 or so with a bit of sun and a very light breeze, all the leaves had fallen so it was a lot more open than usual. Last time at that particular park I lost one of the gloves my grandparents gave me, which still annoys me; no sign of it today of course, but at least I didn’t lose anything else.
And the local government didn’t get blown up this weekend, either.
