I certainly didn’t expect kindly Mrs. Snook to hang up on me when I called to ask a few questions about that apartment before I gave her my application. Looks like they really don’t want uppity tenants who ask questions first.

The return of the police box

Watched the new “Doctor Who” last night with some die-hard fans (I’m perhaps a die-soft fan, thanks to a friend’s valiant efforts to get me hooked on the classic series). There are much more comprehensive reviews than this.
