I want a castle!
Just like this castle:
But, since that’s not really gonna happen… it’d be cool to build one. Maybe just a tower. Doesn’t have to be very tall — I bet the (hypothetical) kids would love climbing around a 15′ tower. Maybe a moat. Is a moat too much to ask?
I figure, if I start planning it *now*… I’ll be ready to build it by the time I’ve got a place to put it.

I’ve done some research into castle-building, actually. You can actually get your own castle built, just for you, for a few million. Not a bad deal, eh?
