A mean game of Scrabble

Played a mean game of Scrabble (TM) – sorry, “Scrabulous” – on Facebook tonight. That always reminds me of my grandma, in very happy ways.
Somehow I managed to play “INVEIGH”, for 89 points – didn’t quite hit the triple word score, unfortunately, but that’s maybe the second time I’ve ever used all 7 tiles.
I think she would’ve been pleased

I KNOW she woulda been proud! Also she would have enjoyed playing a good game with you–together you probably would have made a record score at co-op Scrabble. Grampa recently visited Father Dan, who played highly competitive games of Scrabble with Grandma when they were stationed at Guantanamo Bay, and later after they all retired to Jacksonville.
